Cellulite – Pinch Test
So you asked, “How do I know
which part of my body has cellulite?”
The pinch test is the easiest way
to identify cellulite on your body. Try
pinching an area of skin with your
thumb and index finger. If the skin appeared
to be dimply and tender, then it is very likely
that the area is affected by cellulite.

heaviness in the legs. (b)areas of skin affected
by are tender when pinched or
when massaged vigorously (c)It appears whiter
and feels colder than the rest of the unaffected
areas.
Types of Cellulite
Soft Cellulite
Soft cellulite is formed in large areas
of skin. It is distinguished in loose and saggy
flesh and can be seen easily.
Hard Cellulite
Hard cellulite attaches directly to
the muscle and is not as visible as soft
cellulite. This type of cellulite
is most commonly found in active women such
as athletes and dancers.
Cellulite can
be divided into several classifications:
Stage 0:
No visible dimpling appearance of cellulite
or obvious changes to skin surface.
Stage 1:
No visible dimpling appearance of cellulite
or obvious changes to skin surface. Dimpled,
“orange-peel” effect is
visible only when the pinch test is
performed.
Stage 2:
Dimpling appearance of cellulite is
visible to the naked eye without any obvious
changes to the skin surface.
Stage 3:
The appearance of cellulite is spontaneously
positive describe in Stage 2 with raised areas
and nodules.
